Automatically adding a tip without notifying me that you're doing it is unethical, deceitful, and since I'm picking up my own food, and not even speaking to someone on the phone to place the order, undeserved.
Everything was easy with the purchasing online (except the wildly incorrect photos).
The constant pop-ups showing me that "User ordered [whatever] 30 minutes ago" is stupid and annoying.

The online ordering was very easy to use. The staff is always friendly and professional. It's my favorite place to get sushi.
