5 star all the way! Sushi was 110% amazing and super fresh! My son and boyfriend said its the best they have ever had! Customer service was super amazing too! I was running late to pick up my order. Closing at 9, they were so understanding and took the time to wait for me. No rudeness nor disrespect to me at all for running late. Very classy and clearly, their customers come 1st.
Thank you Sushi Kan. I will definitely be returning!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I placed my order online and it was ready for pick-up right on time. First time eating there as I'm from out of town , the Sushi Kan roll was awesome! I would go back for sure.

I will change my review once action is seen happening.
I ordered from SushKan's website, I did choose Baseline as my location, or I thought I had and proceeded with my order. It was my first-time ordering from their site hence the error in choosing or the default location being Innes rd, but this was noticed with the confirmation email (great feature). I called immediately to advise. See if they could do 1 of 2 things: transfer my order to the correct location - apparently could not. Or credit me back. I was advised quite rudely that the order was already made and if I could come to their location? I had placed the order only 3 min before so this aspect scares me as the email confirmation says 20 min before ready so how much in advance are orders made?? AND yeah, anyone who knows Ottawa, knows Innes rd and Baseline are at two different ends of the city - how long would they expect someone to leave work, let alone how fresh would the order be by pick up time?!?! I was also hung up on (although I believe that was an error, not on purpose - hope so anyway). Upon calling back, I got the same lady who rudely advised that it will take "some days" before I see my $26.XX credit (this said while we are ALL trying to help each other in finance?!?! I support you as a restaurant, you should be able to support my issue and want me to come back to you with providing good service - so far, not so good...). Believe me, I am not a complainer, and if my credit comes back in due time - great and I will update this review as my experience with Sushi Kan otherwise has normally been great!
